Do we need any technical knowledge to use this?
Not at all. Dityabytes is built for regular front-desk staff — not IT teams or software engineers. The interface is simple enough that if your team can use WhatsApp, they can use Dityabytes. We also provide a quick onboarding video, and our support team is always available to help.
Which ID documents does it support?
We currently support Aadhaar card, PAN card, Driving Licence, Voter ID, and Passport. We are continuously adding more document types. If you need a specific document that isn't listed, contact us and we'll let you know when it's available.
Is our customers' data safe and private?
Yes, completely. All data is encrypted — meaning it is scrambled so only your business can read it — and stored on secure servers located in India. We follow India's data protection guidelines and never share your customer information with third parties.
We already use hotel management software. Can Dityabytes connect with it?

What if the ID card photo is blurry or slightly damaged?
Our AI is trained to handle low-quality images, worn IDs, and slightly blurry photos. The Starter plan works with standard quality photos. The Growth plan includes a higher-accuracy engine that performs well even on older, faded IDs. In most cases a retake is not required.
